I just got deferred from a BioMat facility for being on atenolol. They said that in the event of a cardiac arrest, the medications they have on hand would be cancelled out by the medications, and they would not work. I could have sworn I was on it when I donated a year and a half ago at a different facility though.

Q: Atenolol can it be taking when donating plasma?
