The Brazilian acronym IR stands for Imposto de Renda. Is an income tax which supervene over every citizen and company installed in the country. As every rule, it has some exceptions, such as diplomatic prerogatives.

Some economists and economic institutes estimate Brazilian formal market in only 40%. Could you imagine Brasil with a bigger budget of that amount, what would happen?
