no you can not because then the mascara would not stay on very good
Invention of Makeup Actually, the Romans used it over 2,000 years ago... and they brought it back during one of their visits to Japan where Makeup had been used for a long time. Finding out an exact date for the invention of makeup might be a little difficult. makeup was invented to make women pretty and beautiful to make guys love women. LOL!
you can trace makeup easily for tens of thousands of years! it dates back to Cleopatra, early monarchy, and in a lot of old Indian civilizations.. pretty cool stuff!
Yes, tarps can be waterproof, but not all tarps have waterproofing properties. It depends on its material and construction.
I have the Cover girl mascara and it works well. It has a nicer brush than Maybelline's and also lengthens the lashes nicely. However, it smudges a bit throughout the day (depending on how much you apply). Maybelline is a classic favorite and is cheaper, but I personally think it can flake a bit. If you want volume and length and are fine with checking up, I'd go with Covergirl. If you're more into length and easygoing application, I'd say Maybelline.
I have maybelline, and it works fine. I wouldn't say it lengthens lashes, but it makes them look full and nice. And, there waterproof mascara is very nice too.
You have to take off mascara every night because you do not want to sleep with chemicals on your eyes. The mascara chemicals can dry out your skin and eyelashes, or clumps of the mascara can get stuck on the surface of your eyes and hurt them. It's safer for your skin, eyelashes, and eyes to take it off and give them the night off.
First scrape off as much mascara as you can with a butter knife or similar blunt object. Then apply some dry cleaning fluid with a sponge. Then place the stained fabric face down on an old towel and dab area with dry cleaning fluid, the stain should transfer from bedding to towel. Finally rinse the area cleaned.
* Mac and Estee Lauder. I forgot the others but there are a few mascara brands which are not tested on animals. * 'Beauty Without Cruelty' is a good brand (in the UK) for all types of makeup, including mascara, that has not been tested on animals.
The Maybelline Rocket mascara works great because it seperates your lashes really well and gives you really good length. The Colossal mascara is also great too.
Before, it curls your eyelashes (of course) so the mascara is like cement, it holds the shape of the curl.
put it in your bum and play horsy horsy wow it realy feels good
you go to the hospital and ask them for procell cast liner and it looks like bubble wrap but squares not circles and white not see thru
use an eyelash curler, you can get them really cheap, and it makes your eyes stand out without having 10 coats of mascara on
^ good point, but sometimes, if you just use that alone, it doesn't stay for very long. so you could use clear mascara to keep your lashes in place, after curling, Anna :) x
Any waterproof-makeup remover will get it off.

The brand Simple sells a product that looks like eyeliner but when rubbed gently across your lashes, the mascara comes off. If you cannot find this product, get a facial clensing cloth, gently pinch your lashes and use a side to side motion.
Yes, you can use mascara. Always choose oil-free personal care and make-up products to use during the VLCD (very low calorie diet) portion of the HCG Protocol.
It depends. the problem with waterproof it takes a lifetime to take off. I'm assuming that waterproof is better though.
Max Factor mascara colours differ according to product but the main colours tend to be Black and Black/Brown. A new range of eye brightening mascaras features Black Pearl, Black Sapphire and Black Ruby colours.
When in starts drying out, and clogs...you don't have to count how many months it has been...throw it. When mine dries out, I add two drops of water. This way, I can use a tube for months and I use mascara 5 days a week. NEVER share mascara with anyone.
After you apply mascara your eyelashes are clogged up and your mascara comb or brush can't even go through them, then it is the time for you to get a new mascara.
It also develops a sour unpleasant smell after it has gone bad.
Well , It adds volume and color to your eyelashes. If you want a more natural look I would recommend brown mascara because some people think black is too dramatic . ( I prefer brown ) There is also some mascaras that are supposed to help your eyelashes grow , I've never personally used them before but some people I know said they work. And mascara is sometimes just used to darken around your eyes, like with dark colored eye shadows .
