Annette, a collection of 19 poems written by Goethe in Leipzig, and copied by his friend Behrisch in 1767. The MS. was discovered in 1894, first published in vol. 37 of the Große Weimarer Ausgabe and in facsimile in 1923. The Annette of the title and addressee of some of the poems is Anna Katharina Schönkopf. The whole collection is in Goethe's earliest poetic style, showing rococo and Anacreontic affinities.
