Bauer

Dutch family of artists. G. H. Bauer had an interior and decorative painting business in The Hague, specializing in painted imitations of tapestries, sgraffito and decorative wall painting. His son G. H. Bauer was also a decorative painter. Of his other five sons, (1) W. C. Bauer became an architect and (2) Marius Bauer a printmaker and painter.
