Frank Charles High (7 June 1875 Dunningham, California -13 December 1966 Oregon) was a United States Army soldier awarded the Medal of Honor for actions during the Philippine-American War. Private High was one of thirteen members of Young's Scouts awarded the Medal of Honor for actions between 13 and 16 May 1899.
