(medicine) The thickening of the third intermetatarsal nerve over a period of years, causing a small benign fusiform tumor to eventually form in the space between the third and fourth toes, symptoms include painful burning, tingling, and numbness between the third and fourth toes, often accompanied by radiating electric-like shocks.
