The daughter of Elnathan and wife of Jehoiakim, to whom she bore Jehoiachin, later king of Judah (II Kgs 24:8). She was exiled together with her son by Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylonia in 597 B.C. (II Kgs 24:12, 15; cf Jer 29:2).
