Maria Cristina Giai Pron (born August 21, 1974) is an Italian slalom canoer who has competed since the early 1990s. She won a bronze medal in the K-1 event at the 2002 ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships in Bourg St.-Maurice.
Giai Pron also competed in five Summer Olympics, earning her best finish of fourth in the K-1 event at Atlanta in 1996.
