sounds like it is running lean on bank 2 and you probably have a bad upstream oxygen sensor. If you look under the hood right in front you will see the exhaust pipe. There will be two what look like spark plugs with wires coming from them, that's them. the top one is upstream.
Bank 2 is pass side. Sensor one is pre cat, sensor two is post cat.
Same bank as cylinder # 1 and rearmost sensor behind converter (downstream)
Trouble code P0141 means:O2 sensor heater circuit malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

well "bank one" refers to the side of the block that contains cylinder#1 see repair manual for firing order and cylinder numbering guides. as for the o2 sensor its on that same side

Hi The CAMshaft position sensor on the v-8 4.7 liter engine is on the front right side (passenger) of the engine bank. The CRANKshaft sensor is behine the stater motor on the passenger side
