The office is vacant as the requirement for an oath being filed is that it needs to appear in ALL the designated offices called for by law. For a Town Court Judge this is with the Town, County and the Office of Court Administration. Look to the requirement as the oath often needs to appear in more than one office. jimveda37@Yahoo.com

The two of them were opponents for the nomination for President. However, given that Ms. Clinton is President Obama's Secretary of State, it's highly unlikely that she disapproves of him. My question stems from a comment Hilary made stating that she does not want to continue on as Secretary of State if Obama is re-elected.
