Try putting powdered graphite in the keyhole.You can get it in most auto parts stores and it's not more than a couple of bucks.DO NOT use WD-40 or lithium grease ... WD-40 gets sticky and lithium grease will gum up ... if you've already used these then you might have a problem adding the powdered graphite because it's probably going to make "mud" when it mixes with the lube ... but if you haven't used any lubricants, the graphite will work really well.
Grease is old in the door locks. You will need to remove the door locks and soak them in kerosene for a day or two. Then regrease them with litium.
Your dealer can reprogram the locks for you or you can find someone with a VAGCOM. Google search it and you'll find someone local.

The fuel door should open as long as the doors are unlocked. It locks once the doors are locked.
