We're all different. I'm 6 weeks pregnant and I don't feel sick and I haven't had morning sickness. Being tired is a given though...take your vitamins to drag yourself through the day. Not getting sick a totally normal sign of pregnancy...as is throwing up all the time. It could happen later or not at all. Morning sickness doesnt run in my family..so I'm hoping I get lucky.
If you are in fact pregnant and went to the doctor's office and they did the blood test to confirm you are in fact pregnant. Then enjoy the fact you aren't throwing up, because once you start throwing up you'll be sorry you asked. Just kidding, enjoy it honey it's just the beginning , you will before it's over and it sucks.

If you are vomiting for weight loss, you will eventually erode your esophogus and your teeth from the stomach acids you are bringing up.
