They stay in the nest until they are ready to fly. That's why you never see baby pigeons unless you have a loft.
Bring them to your nearest wildlife rehab center right away. If you do not have one nearby and wish to take care of them yourself, you should set up a shoe box with some dried… grass or hay with a warmer light above them. To feed them simply get some pigeon feed and put it in a food processor with a bit of water. Use an eyedropper or syringe would be better and squeeze small amounts down the back of it's throat. It is full when it's crop... (It's chest) bulges out slightly. You can feel the food inside. To give it drinks, tip it's beak into a little container of water, and then bring it's head back and gently massage it's throat. I would really take them to a professional who is equipped for them because it is a lot of work!
regurgitated food from their mothers crop
At about two months.
A baby pigeon is called a squab.
A baby dove is the baby of a dove.
Feed them what their mothers would feed them. Blend or chop up worms and feed to the baby with spoon.

No, pigeons are grain eaters.
Pigeons lay 2 eggs each clutch. They then sit the eggs for 20 days until they hatch, then the young birds are weened at about 21 days.
Your pigeons are likely not receiving enough protein in their diet. Look for a better brand of feed with more protein.
