Yeah it gets you a really cool dresser thing. And the awesome thing is, you can type in this code as many times you want to! And once selected the wardrobe (once you get to the screen where it says pick your wardrobe) it puts it in your dock and then you can sell it! (P.S you can get another one so don't say Why would i want to sell it?)

So basically it's for Estore Points...you get them in game stores or in places like walgreens.
