You shouldn't. What's the point? Getting drunk will potentially harm you and your liver. A few just for social reasons is NOT a reason, have a coke or juice (virgin) instead! It's only 6 months, if you couldn't not drink for 6 months maybe accutane wasn't the right drug for you.

∙ 13y agoNot a good idea. Stop accutane for two days then resume after you drink alcohol. If not, liver damage can be done.
