I am on my 3rd Kia Sedona van and love it. However, there does seem to be some down side and that is the Air Conditioner. If you live in climates that rarely get above 100 you should be fine but if you live in areas of the SouthWest like me, you will have some discomfort. The air blows out cool air, around 40 to 44 degrees rather than ice cold air most a/c's pump out. It takes at least 15 minutes before the cabin becomes comfortable and lots of idling at intersections cuts down on the amount of cool air being pumped into the cabin. The a/c does great on long trips and highway driving no matter what the temperature is. The major discomfort is short trips in the city. During the summer months I swear I will never buy another Kia again because of their poor a/c but when it comes time to get a new car all the other good things about Kia seem to change my mind.
When I bought my sedona in 2002, I had the same problem, not sure what's the degree of the air, but it is not cool at all, especially when I'm not on freeway speed, then I went back to dealer 2nd time (first time they said it's normal) and under warranty they fix something, I can't recall they ever stated what's the problem was, and they fix the problem, they said something about fuse, but I can't think of anything that this problem cause by a fuse. Then Ac fan will turn on, air blow at the beginning, so don't know which fuse is it. I think they add more freon to it. There was a TSB before that suggest dealer add more freon to the AC system.
The drier is partially behind the front bumper under the grill; lift your hood. It is on the left side at the bottom corner of the rad.
As far as I know, there is no such thing as an airconditioner filter.
The air condition evaporator is found behind the dashboard on a 2002 Kia Sedona. To access it the whole dash in it entirety will need to be removed.
the light of the air bag is on. the sensor is fail
The RR button when on makes hot air come out the right rear heat vent, or the rear seat passengers heat and no left rear heat vent exists. This should only be turned on for heat because when the air conditioner is used the air automatically comes out all the ceiling vents.
On the dashboard.

You can recharge your 2005 Kia air conditioning system from the low pressure port. The low pressure port can be found on top of the air conditioner compressor.
