The camera on the Nintendo dsi is only .3 megapixels which is not a good quality camera. I would suggest getting a digital camera with 3-5 megapixelsfor better quality picture. If I compare them they are equally the same but a camera is better. The NDSI camera can only take pictures and it can not zoom. But after taking pictures you can play with the pictures. But for NDSI camera you can not send the pictures to phones or cameras! Only another person's DSI. But a DSI has a voice recorder and music player! Of course you can also play a game. For a Normal camera. You can record videos. take zoom in and zoom out photos. And many more! I will Recomand the Camera for a grown-up or someone who DOSEN'T play game system and the NDSI for younger or someone who DOES play game systems. Hoped I helped!
