The firestone shop on Flamingo and Pearl.
You can check out sites like www.driverside.com for a repair cost estimate tool. While it's not going to give you the *exact* price you're going to pay, it will give you a pretty close estimate (within $20 the times I've checked when I have had service), and you can then tell if they're trying to rip you off or not at the shop.
Since you enter your zip code in it also factors in the proper price for labor in your area.
to be honest with you. dont know i see a lot of people playing it on youtube. anyone know

Where do you live looking for a mechanic?
Office of the Attorney General/Nevada Department of Justice, Las Vegas office 486-3420, http://www.ag.state.nv.us
Here are a couple of emergency shelters in Las Vegas that you should look into: Las Vegas Rescue Mission and The Salvation Army Emergency Lodge (702-639-0277).
The way to know you are getting a fair price when getting a car repaired. First ask a friend if they know anyone that is trustworthy and not overcharging. Secondly , if you have someone in mind try to find someone that goes to them and ask how talented and well priced the mechanic is. This will always get you the best prices, and well worked on car.
Answer Meeting anyone who is honest is a challenge but it's not impossible. Try to ask as many questions as you can and make a note of the answers given. Wait awhile and ask similar questions agaian and see if the answers given are the same as the first time, then you will know if the guy is honest or not. Good luck
to be honest with you ,i think you would have better luck finding that info. with the motor no., not casting no.
