Almost all, but not quite...

Unlike many professional leagues, the NFL forbids corporate owners. Ownership groups must contain 24 or fewer individuals, and at least one partner must hold a 30 percent or greater share of the team. The exceptions to this policy were the Green Bay Packers, who have been owned by a non-profit corporation for more than eighty years, and the Pittsburgh Steelers, whose ownership was split up evenly among five brothers. The Packers' situation was grandfather into the current policy and remains today; the Steelers only moved into compliance with the rules in 2008.
