First answer: No. Rabbits are perfectly safe eating pumpkin seeds.

More information: Pet rabbits shouldn't really be eating seeds. Seeds are high in natural fat and protein, which aren't good for rabbits. A nice treat for a rabbit is a bite or two of fresh fruit, like banana or strawberry or apple. A healthy pet rabbit diet is lots and lots of grass hay, some pellets and some fresh dark leafy greens daily (like basil and green leaf lettuce). No. Apples are some of a horse's main diet and favorite dish so they tend to go through quite a handful of apple seeds. Apple seeds have been known to contain cyanide, but there isn't enough in the apple itself to do any true considerable damage to the horse or yourself should you ever eat apple seeds.
