They do have their differences, such as Amoeba digest bacteria, and that they reproduce differently and that bacteria doesn't have a nucleus, but amoeba do. But they are similar in the way that they are both unicellular.

Amoeba is a protozoan and is a eukaryote organism and bacteria is prokariotic organism.

Any of various one-celled aquatic or parasitic protozoans of the genus Amoeba or related genera, having no definite form and consisting of a mass of protoplasm containing one or more nuclei surrounded by a flexible outer membrane. It moves by means of pseudo pods but bacteria is an Extremely small, relatively simple prokaryotic microorganisms traditionally classified with the fungi as Schizomycetes.

Yes amoeba, euglena and paramecium are one cell organism or also know as Unicellular. Bacteria & some fungi can be classified as unicellular
