Charts, as they are known, are part of Excel, so if you do have Excel then you have charts in it and other types of graphs.

Microsoft Excel can be used to draw graphs. However, you need the Microsoft Office package for this and Microsoft Office can be expensive. Free online software includes CVSplot and GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program).
The official Microsoft site itself has online tutorials for using Microsoft Excel 2007 in its 'Support' section. There are tutorials for familiarization, creating graphs, reports, and for accumulating data.
There is not a free copy of Microsoft Excel due to the license keys that have on them.
