I think they could be, my cat was sprayed in the eye with the blood now its infected, hes got gooey eye boogers and a swollen eye, its been like that for over a week now

No horned toads are not dangerous to humans because I have had on and I would be hurt if they were dangerous. So no they are not

No. Not at all. Their spines aren't that sharp, they don't bite, and the blood some species can shoot out isn't poisonous.
