Tan,White,Black are the 3 major colors but there is also like light brown lighter and so on.
======
Coloring of healthy humans ranges from pale pink in those with little melanin to nearly black in those with a great deal of melanin in their skin, with pretty much all combinations and intensities of pink (from blood) white (from pigment -free skin) and brown (from melanin - up to the point where it is so intense as to look nearly black). Many people are actually a mixture - with freckles.
It's really hard to generalize. The human body contains thousands of specialized cell types, many containing specialized proteins that confer unique coloration. So you really can't say human cells are all a certain color.
Individual cells are mostly colorless. This is in large part because cells are so small that light is able to pass through them easily with little color being absorbed or reflected, so individual cells will appear transparent unless they contain large amounts of proteins with particularly strong colors such as the red of oxygenated hemoglobin (which is responsible for much of the color in a body). You really won't see much color at all until you have a large mass of cells together and then the color will vary with precise cell type and then I would guess the color would be mostly beige to brown. I'm basing this on my experience with dissections of perfused (blood removed and replaced with fixitive) animal tissues where once blood is removed, most organs are beige or brown and this probably derives in large part from the net color of their constituent cells.
We actually have both, they are mixed together. We have three kinds of muscle fibers, red, pink, and white.
