Jamaicans are considered West Indians but long ago, people of spanish decent traveled their and now their are many living their especially in Spanishtown located in Jamaica) which is were i am from(born and raised) so technically jamaicans are of a latin root so yes ; Some of us Jamaicans are Latino, (but the island is of mostly Indians. :)
