Gravediggers are blue-collar workers, whom the moritician depends on to get the grave dug so the casket can be lowered. An embalmer often wears scrubs, so I guess he could be considered green-collar! :P Seriously, surgeons wear scrubs, yet no one denies that profession is white collar.
