Narcissists think they are always right, who wants to be around people like that?
Because they are usually on the prowl. I heard one woman who was narcassistic say that being in a room with only women was like watching paint dry. They have no desire for female friends. They seek men. They often are good looking and full of vitality and crave excitment with different men. Also they don't want other women around as that could make their day boring. For example as they are usually if not always on the prowl for men, they will meet them anywhere. If they are out at the supermarket with a friend and want a man the friend may say oh comon lets go but the narcasisist does not want that. To them every outing and interactions with men have to be an event; a prospect.
