No. They are just skeptical of something which cannot be proven conclusively scientifically. They are also aware of brainwashing of society through the many movies about aliens which in some degree creates a perception or preconception of their reality. Some of them may also note connections with the occult and the connection with the evolutionary idea that life could have evolved elsewhere in the universe. Thus people believe in aliens and so see them.

Bible -believing Christians were found, contrary to expectation, to be the least likely. This is probably so because Christians are interested in truth and in facts. In fact, Christians are specifically encouraged to 'test everything.' This would be one example, although there also are probably a lot of religious people who do believe in aliens.
