They might not be, but if they are, then it will DEFINETELY say so on the packaging somewhere. Recycling is a big issue and if a business does it, they'll say so, in order to gain more popularity. Check for the 3 green arrows in a triangle on the packaging, or just something saying 'made from recycled matierals'.
