Most of screamo bands aren't satanic. Well I'm a fan of screamo and I've never found out that there is some satanic screamo band because even if they mention devil or Satan in some songs it doesn't mean they're worshiping Satan. Most of them are normal Christians or Atheists.
without words -- as in "Songs Without Words"
None due to the fact that they're "screamo" type.

Because when you listen to a song without words, you fill it in with whatever emotion you are feeling instead of having to feel the emotion of the singer in songs with words. It conforms to the way you are feeling
Screamo is a genre of rock music. Usually in Screamo the lyrics are sometimes screamed but not always. Screamo is a version of the emocore, metal, ska, and others that resemble those. there are Screamo songs that are fully instrumental and have absolutely no lyrics. When the lyrics are screamed its not like your 6-year-old screaming because her older brother put a rubber spider in her bed but a throaty scratchy kind of scream that most girls cant reach. That's why in most Screamo bands the lead singer is usually a male.
All of them, Slipknot and screamo are 2 completely different things, they are Nu Metal whereas "Screamo" would be Pg.99, Saetia, etc.If you mean are there any softer songs where Corey doesn't growl there are these:'Til We DieChild of Burning TimeSnuffDead memoriesPrelude 3.0Danger-Keep awayVermilion Pt. 2Circle
