It s a little more difficult than raising ducks and hens together because of the size difference and the amounts eaten during the day but yes, they can. A tom turkey will not bother the hens but may harass the rooster who either needs to be real fast or real tough.

Well, other than being birds, not really. A turkey is much larger, with a bare head and large wattle. Chickens are more compact, smaller and more active. Most breeds of chicken have feathering up to and including the head and their wattles and combs are smaller.
