Generally speaking, No. Christianity sees Islam generally as a fraudulent revelation and an incorrect method to achieve a relationship with God. Since Muslims do not believe in Jesus as the Savior of Humanity and his Sacrifice, they are condemned to Hell. Thankfully, many Christians do not actually follow the tenets of Christianity where this is concerned and treat Muslims relatively well.
