Yes this is normal and it sounds like you have pulled one of your abdominal muscles through coughing too much. But because your at such a early stage in your pregnancy (congratulations BTW) then see your Doctor for a examination to make sure everything is ok and progressing well. Answer I am 5 weeks and 3 days and I have the exact symtoms.. except for a cough hurting my abdomen but my cough isn't that bad either. Your doctor is there to help and guide you... seek advise if this concerns you.

It was my experience (three times) that it was continuous. At least the sore breasts. I don't really recall a bloated feeling per se. But pregnancy symptoms are different for each pregnancy for each woman. If you think you may be pregnant, you should take a test. They can be bought at a dollar store, so you don't have to spend a lot of money.
Well, it could be just period symptoms, i.e., breasts are growing and your bloated, but if you've actually noticed your stomach is considerably bigger I'd say youre pregnant for sure. Take the First Response test and find out.
