A baby sitting must be 13 , mature, trained, and responsible
There is no real answer to this question you could be aabout 8 but i would recomened 10 becuase you are in the stage of a teen and a kid
To babysit, no. To run a daycare, yes.
11 years old

11.
11 or 12 the younger the child the older the sitter!!
There is no law, it is common myth.
If an older child is raising their younger sibling on a fairly constant basis it robs the older child of their private lives with friends and doing things that they should be doing in order to look back on life full of memories of their childhood. Often the older child may come resentful if they are looked upon as a constant babysitter. If the parents are not around and the older sibling is under the age of 18 (no longer a minor) then relatives should be brought in to help look after both of them.
it really depends on how mature the child is if they can look after the baby and if they can make the right choices
Let say that the age of the older sibling is x, then the age of the younger child is (1/3)x or x/3. So we have,x/3 + x = 16 multiply both sides by 3x + 3x = 484x = 48 divide by 4 to both sidesx = 12 the age of the olderx/3 = 12/3 = 4 the age of the younger. Thus, the younger child is 4 years old.
A minor child has to be 13 years old to stay home alone or watch other minor children in the state of Maryland. This is one of the few states that has a dedicated age law.
no
I am not positve if a sibling can watch over another sibling when a parent is away. But I Know for a fact that if one of siblings is at least 12 the child stay home by themselves. So if one of the siblings is at least 12 i think tht sibling can watch over the other sibling while a parent is away.
16
I'm not 100 % positive about this but I'm pretty sure, 95% sure there is no "legal age" to be a babysitter. One thing to keep in mind though is if you leave your child somewhere and something happens you can be charged with child endangerment. One reason there's no age to which a child can be left alone, except for the obvious is because some 12 year olds will be more mature than some 15 year olds, and vice versa.
i think that an appropriate age for leaving your child to babysit is about the age of 13 and up. it mostly depends on the level of maturity and responsibilty. if your child is the right age but is neither mature in sence and responsible, dont let him/her babysit
Honestly i think 18 because then they are just getting to the mature age in life.
