Andrew Jackson, he of Old Hickory fame. I have heard this story before and methinks it is some kind of a myth- like that jab that the Statue of Liberty may have been patterned after Sarah Bernhardt ( this was done on a theatrical poster for her US tour- after the statue was built, of course). I just think it is some attempt at lightening up a sad subject.
The story goes that Andrew Jackson's pet parrot was removed from his funeral because of its offensive language.
Andrew Jackson's Funeral.
Jackson's parrot was removed from his funeral for swearing. The parrot was named Poll and had a mouth like a sailor.
Theodore (Teddy) Roosevelt and Franklin D Roosevelt were fifth cousins. There are other United States Presidents who are fifth cousins once removed or further removed.
The question should read what instead of who! The answer is President Jackson's pet parrot! Where do you think his parrot learned that 'foul' language? Could this have been, in some sense, him speaking from the grave?!
No US presidents have been impeached and convicted and so removed from office.
Only 1 did
People should not remove the English language because a lot of people around the world use that language, it is one of the most popular languages in the world and that is why it should not be removed.
Apparently, the last person to answer this question suggested sex, but the answer was removed because the answer contained inappropriate language.

No U.S. President has ever been removed from office.
The president must be formally charged with a crime (impeached) by the House of Reps. and then must stand trial in the US Senate. If convicted, he/she is removed. Impeached does not mean removed. We have impeached two presidents, but have never removed one.
