Find a college or online school of your choice and go for it! An associates degree is acceptable in business admin., but a bachelors is more widely hirable. Over all a masters would provide with the best benefits, as companies and business' look for master degrees over anything else.
Your always better off taking a program through an accredited college or university. Anything else will present problems with accredited colleges and universities should you wish to continue your education at a later date, and with many employers.
