You may have noticed this even before you were pregnant, you're noticing more due to increased levels of estrogen production as well as increased blood flow to your vaginal area. If however you notice a lot of thin and clear discharge, it could be amniotic fluid, so if you have cause for concern it's always best to contact your Dr.

I've heard it may be from a non-herniated tear in the abdomen wall or even an "un-done" belly button.... apparently that can happen.
