This is a question that you will want to be well prepared for before the interview. You want to answer confidently and not stumble to find something to say. Highlight what experience and personal qualities you have that relates to the position. If you are applying for a childcare job, you could mention education you have relating to children and teaching, personal qualities of patience and understanding, loving firmness and consistency in behavior expectations, etc. If you are applying for a position as an accountant, you could briefly state the degrees you have in the field, but focus on positions you have successfully held along with accomplishments in those positions, etc. Just be sure whatever your answer is, it relates to the position you are applying for and try to make yourself stand out from the other candidates.
I am a ideal candidate for this position in Crowdflower because I have completed my high school education as well as some college classes and have experience in the work environment and know hot to get work done in a timely manner.
I guess it would depend heavily on who is reviewing the application or what a company is searching for in a given time and is giving priority to.
From a personal perspective - I look for something like the following:
"In my current/past job colleagues, including managers, often sought my guidance and feedback on procedures, plans or ideas"
"I am self-disciplined; I can work well without direct supervision"
"I work well either as part of a team or on my own"
"I am receptive to new ideas and methods and learn quickly"
This is one of the types of question that you may get at an interview; they are intended to get you to talk about yourself in a fairly informal manner. The questions are usually about some aspect of your own life so it is not possible for anyone else to answer them for you.
You should think carefully, before attending the interview, about such questions as this so as to be prepared when asked. There are several such questions and there is a great deal of information on the internet and elsewhere about techniques to employ when attending interviews.
