I would think in the neighborhood of $1,000 to $1,500 bracket depending on where you market it and IF it's in pristine condition, but it is a good brand, of professional ilk.
You would be wise to contact several music stores who deal in new instruments and find out the going rate for new ones first. The serial number isn't all that significant. **You probably have a step up model Clarinet. - i play the clarinet as well. Buffet clarinets are probably worth (depends on what condition) $1-3,000.

buffet- sound nicer :) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I play noblet clarinet. My friend plays buffet. I suggest both because both of them have good quality sound. When I play noblet clarinet, playing the middle Bb and B(not the low) is very hard and the exact right tune won't come out. But the high and and low notes are awesome on noblet. On buffet the B and Bb are alot better then noblet. But the other notes aren't as good as noblet. I suggest noblet but buffet is great too!
The International is the C13, a very nice intermediate clarinet.
Buffet Crampon made their first clarinet in 1825 in France. They now make a variety of woodwind musical instruments and have manufacturing facilities around the world.
Buffet all the way. the buffet family has years of experience exclusive to clarinet development. Selmer is better known for their saxophones. I have played clarinet for eleven years, am entering my junior year of college as a music major and play on the Buffet E-11. My instrument has served me well, I am going to have to think about upgrading to the R-13 in the near future but my current instrument is in fine condition and plays extremely well.
