Check with your doctor but probably yes if you're an adult not a child. My psychiatrist gives me vyvanse 70 milligrams which i take in the morning at around 8 oclock and then i take a 15 milligram dose of Adderall instant release at around 2-3 oclock. But I'm 21 I wouldn't recommend it for a child unless under the direct supervision of a doctor
