Sadly no, they can only be saved if they want to be saved. Religions shouldn't be forced amongst a person even if it is a bad religion or belief they already have. If they are ready to be saved, then show them the way.

With that being said, no man can save anyone, even themselves. The Father choses the best time for each and every one of us to obtain the call to Jesus for repentance, baptism, and begettal of the Holy Spirit designating us as children of the God Family (see John 6:65 for emphasis):
John 6:44New King James Version (NKJV)44 No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up at the last day.
It is important to note here that all may be saved or receive salvation. Only those who have been called in their lifetimes and afterwards rejects that calling (begettal), these have committed the 'unpardonable sin' and await the 2nd death in the Lake of Fire:

During the Millennial Rule of Christ and the Great White Throne Judgment that follows, all will have God's laws written upon their hearts - all truths will be revealed. These will have their chance to accept Christ as their savior and obtain salvation in the Kingdom of God. Those who obstinately refuse offer and remain incorrigibly sinful, these will be cast into the Lake of Fire and no longer exist - the 2nd death.
