Yes, if the manufacturer installed a parallel blade 15 amp rating cap on the end of the cord then just plug it in. The circuit that you plug into should be a dedicated circuit (nothing else on the circuit) because the amperage will be 13 amps at 120 volts.

Can a 1000volts microwave be connected to a 15amp receptacle?

To my knowledge there is no such a thing as a 1000 volt cooking microwave oven. If you mean 1000 watt then the answer to your question is yes. W = A x V. Presuming that the 15 amp receptacle is on a 120 volt system then the amperage draw on a 1000 watt microwave oven would be A = W/V 1000/120 = 8.3 amps with 6.6 amps to spare.

Can I use 200 watt siren if originally my unit come with 100 watt siren?

It depends on the circuit that controls the siren. The circuit may be designed for only a 100 watt device and by doubling the current through the circuit, the circuit may be destroyed.

Can 700 watt microwave compatible for 60 amp service?

As long as the voltages match a 60 amp service will handle a 700 watt microwave. The microwave will only draw A = W/V, A = 700/120 = 5.8 amps.

How many 100 watt bulbs can a 110 volt circuit handle?

To answer this question, you need to know how many amps the circuit that is connected to the light bulb can handle. For home applications with a 15 amp circuit and no other loads connected you get: Power = Current * voltage, Substituting the known information yields: power = 15 amps * 110 volts, which is 1650 watts of total capacity. You have 100 watt bulbs, so: 1650/100 = 16.5 bulbs If your circuit is other than 15 amps, or if there is additional loads on the circuit, you must adjust the current or total capacity accordingly

A 2000 watt heater connected to a 120 volt circuit will draw a current of?

What if your customer has connected a 100-watt microwave oven and a 600-watt mixer to a 15-amp branch service line for the kitchen what is the actual current draw and will the circuit breaker trip if?

A simple (and I do mean simple) formula is approximately 100 watts per amp. So, 700 watts total equals 7 amps, with 8 amps to spare on the 15 amp circuit breaker. It's really a bit more complicated than that, considering rms voltage/current equation, but it's close enough for government use. ;)

How much curent flows in a 12-watt radio connected to a 120-volt circuit?

Power = voltage x currentCurrent = power/voltage = 12/120 = 0.1 ampere = 100 milliamperes

How many amperes flow in a 60 watt bulb rated for 120 volts when connected to a 120 volt circuit?

The current is half an amp because amps times volts equals watts.
