I have had the same problem. They tell me that depends and that I should just apply. I have a felony conviction for non-violent and no drugs -- a commercial burglary. I wanted to go back to school and get a masters deg and certificate to go into teaching after I made a bundle of ca$h in business and I couldn't get the answer from the board of education. I was not going to pay to get a masters degree only to be rejected. They need teachers but they wouldn't tell me. If you have gotten an answer where you live, please let me know. Usually, no. Think of it this way: you're with the Board of Education. You have a choice between two qualified candidates, one of whom has a felony. Who are you going to hire? I realize there's a very slim chance you would ever re-offend, but to a school administrator, why should they take the chance? I believe the board will consider the nature of the offense and the time that has lasped since it occured. i have been trying to get a definite answer on this question and usually if the answer is "no" the agency will tell you bluntly.
This is a question that can only be anwered by asking the employment officials of the college and/or referring to the state licensing agency for teachers/instructors to determine the qualifications (and disqualifications) for employment.
The answer would be entirely up to the organization or school board hiring you. However, in this day and age, I think that it is unlikely that someone with a felony record would be hired over an equally qualified candidate who had a clean record.
yes you can.
Yes.

The basic answer is no. The short answer is, a felon cannot have access to guns, and at a gun show, a felon would have access to guns, so it's illegal.
