Morally and legally it is wrong to evict a disabled tenant. If they do attempt to it is considered an illegal eviction. Unless rent has not been paid then that is another story. If your building manager has a gripe about disabled people then that is time you file a discrimination suit against them! Do not let the bigots win! Each state has different laws and do not let anyone take advantage! I am not a lawyer but I know my rights as a human being!
No it’s wrong and if is done there has to be a reason why there doing something so low as this
I would hope not inless he couldn’t pay the rent for some reason
if a person is disabled with a 7 year old son in low income housing in Maine can he still be evicted due 2 a former spouse that has been charged with a felony and was told that he and son have to move out to.
Only if the Lessee is in default of the terms of his/her Lease.
You would help them get up. Lean them against you and then help put their shirt and pants on. Its not too complicated.
No, but in many jurisdictions families with children will take priority over single or couple families. But families with a disabled or elderly person (even if that person is alone) also take priority.
Move, or ignore the notice and be evicted.
From Big Brother yes !

Whether a tenant is disabled does not have a bearing on whether he can be evicted. If a PHA has the right to evict a tenant then it can evict such person regardless of disability.
Not on that basis. But if the tenant violates the terms of the lease, they can be evicted regardless of that condition.
where can a disabled person get free dentures
Yes.
No, they will still be disabled.

If your landlord evicted you he has the right to tell another party, such as a potential renter, that he evicted you. He may not tell another person that he will or is about to evict you.
disabled people can easily have healthy minds
The fact that the person is disabled makes no difference in terms of tax or law.
can a judge forced a permanent disabled person to work /or to do community hours?
