It is unclear. Austria has very restrictive Immigration laws. A foreigner who has been legally married to an Austrian citizen for at least five years is eligible for naturalization after six years of continuous residency in Austria. What is unclear is if this applies to same-sex registered partners.

It is not clear. Switzerland does grant many of the rights and responsibilities of legal marriage to registered same-sex partners, but it is unclear whether this includes immigration rights. The heterosexual spouse of a citizen of Switzerland is entitled to residency and, after five years of residency may apply for naturalization.

Yes. A same-sex registered partnership is treated the same as a legal marriage in Germany with respect to immigration law. The same-sex partner of a German citizen can obtain legal residency and, ultimately, citizenship in Germany.
