yes but it takes lots of time and money
NO, unless the illegal fights his re-opens the criminal conviction and has the charges dropped, OR if the illegal is able to get a presidental'governor pardon (but tihs doesnt apply for serious felonies).
Yes, an illegal Mexican can get married in the state of North Carolina. They will need to show a photo ID and a birth certificate.
As long as you get a marriage license, and the church is okay with it, sure. It would be a good idea to make sure the Mexican has a valid visa to be in the US, otherwise they could be deported and that makes it hard to stay together.
i don't think so, why?
Of course! Being married does not affect one's legal status, even a legal alien can be deported for criminal activity.
no
I got married to a man from El Salvador, and he just got deported. They didn't do nothing to me.
Probably a ten-year wait if at all.

You need a divorce!
Yes he does, such as custody, visitation and support issues. As for immigration, having a citizen child is no basis to get legal residency (at least not until the child is 21)
yes, my ex-husband is going through this with his wife, they have 2 small children and have been married for almost 7 years. She is being deported around the first of the year.
