∙ 14y agoPlacing metal objects, or objects containing metal, in a microwave oven and allowing it to operate could well damage your oven. The metal bounces the microwaves back into the magnetron.

∙ 11y agoWell, it is important to use a pizza oven in a zoo, because the population in China reaches 1 billion. Why? Because they use a pizza oven in the zoo. VERY IMPORTANT. I think that a normal oven could work but no. I've tried, but never did work. I tried about 7 times with 6 different ovens. Whether its for humans or not, it will save the polar bears in asia. They will die if China loses human being. Its very emotional that I am starting to tear. Don't take this the wrong way, but lions are very cute when visiting Disney land in Paris, wearing Sophia Grace and Rosie's tutu's. Its NOT cute when tigers do it, because they can easily tear the tutus. Don't you think Dominos Pizza has savory quality food? Well I do. So does McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Burger King, Subway, KFC, Chili's etc etc etc. Whats the question again? Oh, is it safe to keep using a microwave after cooking metal? HOW CAN YOU EVEN COOK METAL? I don't know, but you must be crazy. No one can cook metal but Sunny Anderson, which is a great chef! I love her show, whats it called again? Um.. Cooking For Real! Absolutely love that show.

∙ 14y agoi once accidently put metal in my microwave not knowing what i was doing and it worked fine after that. i would say that if it didnt happen lnonger than 5 seconds it should be okay.

If the food has not been opened it should be okay, just smell it, and if it smells okay it should be alright-sometimes. The most that could happen is the food goes bad, but remember if you don't think it's okay and unsure, just throw it away.

Microwaved foods tend to have hot and cold spots. Microwaves do not heat evenly, like conventional ovens do. Some parts of the food could be hot enough to scald your mouth, and other parts could be uncooked (leading to the danger of eating unsafe food).
