any mustang of any year can do a burnout. It may not be good for your tires, but all it takes is high rpm/torque with the e-brake up and then let go. I dont even need the e-brake i just rev, then let go of the clutch and hear the screech! Some tires, like my new ones dont make a screech when it doesnt have traction. You will just realize you are either from the sound or your speedometer will say you are going 55, while you may be only going 15, (i did it in the rain once, that was fun. got to love wet slippery roads.) anything can do a burnout as long as it is real wheel drive, some all wheel drives can
Jack up the license plate and put a Mustang under it.
