To repent means that we change our attitude toward past or intended wrongdoing. It means that we feel sorrow or regret and turn away from a sinful course. If we have sinned seriously but have taken the necessary steps to show that we have really repented, we can draw comfort from the psalmist's words in Psalm 103:10-14.

If you think and if you agree to what you are thinking, then yes it's a Blasphemy. Since Satan can fill our heads with his deceptions there is a point in time that that kind of thought would enter someone. Agreeing to it will be the sin. And if you don't believe in God, at that very reason you are already being judge. There is no more need for blasphemy to be condemned.

Most would believe that there are no unforgetable sins and that GOD forgives them all. There is one mentioned in the Bible, however, called the "blasphemy of the Holy Spirit." It is when a person keeps pushing the Holy Spirit away so much that soon enough they are blinded into thinking they are in the right, and in that way, they never repent and is therefore never forgiven.
